For those of you who try and be healthy ( I try I swear ) and want something yummy to try, I have just the thing for you. I have been trying to get off of soda because well, it's awful for you but it so damn good! :) I LOVE soda and being pregnant I am trying so hard not to drink it as much and it especially drink caffeine free and no diet. For a while I have been into the flavored water but then my sister brought it to my attention that with the flavored water that I was drinking I was still getting all the artificial sweeteners, which is what I was trying to avoid with the not drinking diet soda ( thanks Kris! ) haha She told me about Simply Orange which is a company that started out making orange juice with all natural ingredients. Then, from there they started making others. So far I have tried the Simply Limeade, Simply Grapefruit and the Simply Lemonade. The grapefruit was too strong for me. It tasted like I was literately biting into a grape fruit and I didn't really like it but my dad loved it! I really like the Limeade and I LOVE the lemonade. It has a lot of sugar in it BUT it is natural sugar and not kind that has been processed. If you watch Oprah at all, Dr. Oz said that juice is the way to go because of all the wonderful stuff that's in it. Oprah made a comment about all the calories and he bascially said it doesn't matter! All the good, is worth the calories PLUS it makes it something that isn't about empty calories even though it taste fantastic! So go try some. I want to try the Simply Apple juice next, it's just a little more expensive so I hadn't gotten it yet. But seriously, go check it out and read the back label. There's like 5 ingredients and one of them is NOT high fructose corn syrup! :)
And lastly for your viewing pleasure is my newest preggo picture I took today before going to have lunch with one of my sister in laws. We met Hilary and Bailey at McDonald's and Tyler actually played with her. He's doing so much better lately...
