Dessert

We signed up to feed the missionaries on Wednesday so it was a busy day for me. We got up and had breakfast and got dressed so we could go to Walmart. We bought stuff to make dinner and dessert. Dinner was ziti which I make like, once a week because Cody and I love it. Dessert was something I had never done before and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO yummy. I highly recommend trying it. Here's the recipe.

1 half gallon vanilla ice cream
1 can frozen lemonade

let melt into each other enough to mix together
While that is melting:

Take one package of graham crackers into a plastic baggy and crush up by using a rolling pin.
Melt one stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar together to form crust. Spread out in a pan and pour ice cream mixture on top. Then freeze for a couple of hours.

Cody and I had never made it before and I ended up using some cool whip on top and also bought a frozen strawberry drink instead of lemonade. Next time we'll stick to the recipe and try the lemonade but the strawberry kind was really good. It was super yummy and I highly recommend it.

That's so weird. I swear I just read that recipe some where this week. I'll have to try it now. I love desserts when I don't have to do any baking.

I second that. Don't let me forget to give you back your pie dish.

I'd like your Ziti recipe too. I've been trying to find a good one that we really like, but it hasn't happened yet.
