Drama Queen

No the title is not referring to me but to my lovely daughter who is SUCH a drama queen.  We have a hard time brushing her hair as I mentioned in a previous post. We also have a hard time brushing her teeth on occasion.  I snapped a picture a couple of weeks ago of Cody forcing the teeth brushing on her.  What we do is pin her to the floor, sit on top of her legs and arms so she can't kick or smack you, and then brush away.  It's awesome.

Good times!

And the fact that they're are screaming mad makes it all the easier. We've been there.

The lovely 2's....ahhh, know you're not alone. We even have the same toothbrush to match the screams :-)

Yep. That's how you do it! We had to do that to Seth up until recently. We figured out he'll let us do it now that we changed the flavor of the toothpaste. That worked for him. Sooner or later cute Kayla will grow out of this phase :)

Child abuse! I am TOTALLY kidding. Gotta have good hygiene. On the flip side, I now have Ethan reminding ME that we need to brush and floss his teeth. Good luck!

Just a pointer: If you set down on the floor with her head between your thighs, and your legs over her outstreched arms, she can't wiggle her head while you brush. It looks like borderline child abuse, but it's way better than cavities.
